Executive Team Cohesiveness (also referred to as team cohesion) is the degree to which an individual wants to contribute to a group’s success - and it develops over time out of interpersonal and group-level dynamics.

Collaboration, respect, trust, communication, constructive conflict, and demonstrating leadership traits (regardless for position) all serve to build a powerful collective within your organisation.

Building the right environment for corporate success is complex - the human factor is such a broad and, at times, vague aspect of what's going on in your enterprise - dynamics are crucial and, importantly, can be developed / improved.

Executive Team Cohesiveness Workshop
A great deal of thought has been put into creating the right kind of experience for you:
  • High-quality venue to ensure that you are comfortable whilst 'off the grid';
  • Each day finishes before 4pm in order for you to go back on the grid before spending the evening involved in one of our activities;
  • Intensive short course to acquaint / re-acquaint yourself with leadership and team principles;

Eskil Executive Learning & Development Experiences includes a 2-day short course in executive team cohesiveness

Eskil's ‘Executive Team Cohesiveness’ short course is a 2-day experience focusing on team strategy (including distributed leadership), team organisation & development, and positive dynamics. 


This is a highly interactive experience where the focus is very much on the the concept of 'team' - how you think, feel and interact.

Set in high-quality surroundings, you will map out your team cohesiveness pathway including an action plan, an understanding of what the team DNA will look like, and the ability to access Eskil's expertise in such tools as Emotional Intelligence and talking therapies.

Beyond this, you will benefit from 1:1 sessions with our facilitators.

As part of the registration process, we consult with you to fully understand your own objectives for this corporate strategy workshop. We work to ensure that our content remains relevant to your needs.

Typical objectives include:
  • Acquaint yourself with the principles of Team Cohesiveness;
  • Understand the 6 Work Success Factors;
  • Recognise the blockers and enablers of cohesion in your organisation;
  • Explore the creation of self-governing teams;
  • See the benefit of nurturing leadership traits in all team members; and
  • Create new and meaningful networks

Our workshops are based around confidentiality: senior people need a safe 'sandboxed' environment to explore their thinking and so we must create the right space for this to happen.

Based on this, our executive team cohesiveness program is only open to such people as:
  • CEOs / Managing Directors interested in growing their strategic capability;
  • Members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) needing to bolster their strategic strengths;
  • Members of the Senior Management Team identified for progression into the SLT;

During the 2 days, you will undertake exercises and activities including psychology and behavioural assessments, facilitated reflection and self-analysis, development of strategies and implementation plans, and more. You can expect to realise such outcomes / outputs as:

  • Develop a team cohesiveness plan;
  • A documented individual Adjectives Checklist;
  • Individual emotional intelligence assessment;
  • 1:1 and peer-reviews of your team plan;
  • A personal development pathway with action plan;
  • Post-workshop mentor program;
  • Virtual classroom

Early booking: All bookings made more than 42 days in advance qualify for early booking discount of 25%.

Availability: The maximum cohort size for the DELUXE Workshops is 16 people.

Registration terms: To ensure that the appropriate environment is organised and that any pre-workshop work has been completed, deadline for registration is 10 days prior to the start date. Those who wish to register after the deadline should speak to a member of the Concierge Team at concierge@eskiltraining.co.

Certificate: A Certificate of Completion will be issued to all participants on verification of the workshop exercise book by our Internal Verification Team.

Payment: Whilst we are able to take payment via credit card or Paypal, we recommend payment through bank transfer.  Contact us through the Program / Ticket Enquiry tab and we will go through the final part of the process of securing your place on one of our programs.
