Eskil's programmes are designed for hosting in offsite / hotel locations and have been checked to ensure that the environment complies with applicable laws regarding a safe working environment. Eskil shall advise any important information or changes including venue location at least seven (7) days before the event.

Tickets for an Eskil programme are on sale until fifteen (15) days before the programme begins in order for Eskil to confirm audience size, venue and hotel - the venue will be determined by the final audience size to ensure the best learning & development environment.

Eskil reserves the right to decline the registration of any delegate at its absolute discretion and shall refund any fees received in such an instance.
During the course of a programme, Eskil may take photographs or film the facilitators and speakers.

At times, this may include the learner in the process. Unless the learner expressly states that they do not wish to be filmed or photographed, it is understood that consent is given. This point will be raised at the beginning of each programme to give all learners the opportunity to opt out of being photographed or filmed.

Eskil, its employees and agents agree to maintain as confidential and not to use or disclose to any third party any information derived from the learner without the learner's consent except where it is necessary to enable Eskil to perform the programme.

Unless the learner requests otherwise at any time, Eskil may hold contact details on its database in order to share relevant information with the learner in the future or to let the learner know about other Eskil events in which the learner might be interested.

Eskil shall not sell nor disclose this information to any third party.
Eskil's Learning & Development Experiences are designed around the delegate and so a great deal of actions take place before the physical delivery day(s) themselves.

Based on this, tickets to Eskil's programmes cannot be transferred to another person but may be retained and transferred to another date / location where the programme is being delivered. Requests to transfer from one programme date to another must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled programme date.

The delegate shall be liable for a re-scheduling fee of 14% of the initial programme(s) fee paid in addition to any additional fee for the new programme. Attendance must be within four months of the original programme date.

For cancellations made in writing the following refunds will apply:
  1. Over 28 days before the event, a 85% refund of course fees;
  2. 14 to 28 days before the event, a 50% refund of course fees;
  3. 14 days or less before the event, no refund.

Eskil reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the programme at its absolute discretion, and in such case shall give as much notice as reasonably practicable. Should Eskil cancel the programme, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be made but Eskil shall not be liable for any other costs or losses incurred.
Eskil shall deliver the programme in accordance with its promoted description using reasonable skill and care but makes no warranty in respect of any outcomes or results.

All handouts, materials and examinations provided to the delegate in advance of, or during, the programme are the intellectual property of Eskil and shall not be copied by the delegate or used except in accordance with the intended purpose and all materials shall be maintained in confidence and not disclosed to third parties except with Eskils' advance permission. Handouts and materials must be returned to Eskil should Eskil specifically request.

Any qualifications gained through the successful completion of Eskil training and examinations may be subject to a limited validity period.
Except for death or personal injury caused by Eskil's negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law, the entire liability of Eskil under or in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the amount which has actually been paid by the learner to Eskil for the programme (the ticket).

Eskil shall have no liability for delay or failure to perform any of its obligations arising from any event beyond its reasonable control nor shall Eskil have any liability in any case for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill or for any indirect or consequential losses.

The learner shall not do anything to bring Eskil into disrepute and shall not use the names of, or suggest or imply an association with Eskil, Eskil Training, The Warwickshire Practice, or any other name, brand or mark used by Eskil Limited except where Eskil has provided its prior written consent and in such instances only in accordance with the guidelines or requirements specified by Eskil.
